By visiting our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

2. Services Offered

Pacific Home Electric provides professional painting services, including but not limited to interior painting, exterior painting, woodwork painting, deck painting, and fence painting. Specific details regarding the scope, timeline, and cost of services will be provided in individual contracts or agreements between the Client and Alex Paints.

3. Service Estimates and Payments

Estimates: We provide free estimates for all painting services. The final price may vary based on unforeseen conditions, additional work, or changes requested by the Client during the project.Payment: Payment terms, including deposit requirements and payment schedules, will be outlined in the project contract. Full payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to charge a late fee or suspend work until payment is made in full.

4. Project Scheduling and Completion

Scheduling: Project start dates are subject to availability and weather conditions. We will work closely with the Client to schedule a mutually agreeable time for the project to begin.Completion: We strive to complete projects within the estimated timeframe. However, factors such as weather, material availability, or changes requested by the Client may affect the completion date. We will communicate any delays and adjust the timeline accordingly.

5. Client Responsibilities

Access: The Client is responsible for providing access to the property for the duration of the project, including access to water, electricity, and any areas needing painting.Preparation: The Client should remove personal items, decorations, and fragile objects from the work area before the start of the project. While we take care to protect surfaces, Pacific Home Electric is not responsible for damage to items left in the workspace.Final Inspection: Upon completion, the Client is responsible for inspecting the work. Any concerns must be raised within 7 days of project completion.

6. Changes to Scope of Work

If the Client requests changes or additions to the scope of work after the project has begun, a written agreement will be made to reflect the additional cost and extended timeline. No changes will be made without the Client’s approval.

7. Warranties

Workmanship Guarantee: We stand by the quality of our work. Pacific Home Electric provides a one year warranty on workmanship. This warranty covers peeling, blistering, or chipping paint resulting from improper application. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by weather, or structural issues unrelated to the painting.Materials Warranty: Any warranties on materials, such as paint or primer, are provided by the manufacturer. We will assist with any warranty claims as needed.

8. Liability

Damage to Property: While we take every precaution to protect your property, Pacific Home Electric is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or unexpected events beyond our control, such as extreme weather.Limitations of Liability: Pacific Home Electric’ liability for any damages shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project.

9. Termination of Services

The Client or Pacific Home Electric may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice. If services are terminated by the Client before project completion, the Client is responsible for payment for services rendered up to the date of termination, as well as any costs for materials already purchased.

10. Use of the Website

Content: All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Pacific Home Electric. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without our express written permission.Third-Party Links: Our website may contain links to third-party sites. Pacific Home Electric is not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party websites.

11. Dispute Resolution
