I had the electrical panel at my house upgraded from 120 Amps to 200 Amps when I converted my basement to an ADU. I work in construction, so I did a lot of the electrical work in the ADU conversion myself and only needed the panel itself to be swapped out by a licensed electrician. Quick efficient service, meter lug was loosened when pse changed to new meter. Due to age over time it almost created fire. They came out and gave estimate saved us couple of thousand by recommending changing panel on week day. Service and helpfulness of employees changed my o2 bottles and completed power connection in short time. At time of inspection the inspector commented on how good the job looked.

My mother in law needed a new main panel. Troy was professional and had a fair priced quote. His timeline for getting it done was better than the guys on TV who were booked out for 6 months. The team that showed up were professional and got the job done in the time that was quoted. The job was cleaned up. Very knowledgeable, personable, and the best part….affordable! Seriously, he came out on short notice, the day before thanksgiving and charged me a fraction of what the other bids I was receiving. Troy and I had conversations about my various projects while he worked on my electrical. He was on time and communicates well on his ETA. Even called me back on a conversation we had about generators without the intent to upsell. Then, texted everything we talked about regarding the work he performed and what to expect during inspection. Honest guy and I plan to use him again for future projects!

Troy and the guys were a delight and true partners. Why do I think of them as "partners"? They were thinking through the project with me and offering their wisdom and guidance. They did NOT simply follow my punch list. Grateful for that! They also compensated for some of the other trades. As an example they remembered that an outlet was on one wall that was no longer visible. The drywall guys just covered it without exposing it. These guys remembered it after a few weeks and exposed it as it should have been. The plumbers "nudged" an outlet out of their way which caused it to stick out about 1/2". Not good. Yep, Troy's crew fixed that. Not their fault but they helped the project move along by taking care of it. They return phone calls!!!!! They will be the first call I make for my next project. An investment in quality. Appreciated. And they are just good folks to work with as a remodel moves along and things gotta change a little. Oh, that doesn't happen, does it? ;-) Thank you! Pacific Home Electric added electricity and LED lighting to my garage, upgraded my electrical service in my barn and added LED lighting. They also replaced all light switches and outlets in my house. They were easy to work with and I am pleased with the upgrades they completed for me.
